I built this space from my clinical work and my own healing so you have clear tools, honest guidance, and a place where your sensitivity isn’t a problem to fix. You don’t have to perform here. You just get to be human, and supported, at the same time.

Everything I teach comes from my clinical background and the practical tools I built during my own healing.

This is a supportive space for women who want guidance they can rely on in the moments therapy doesn’t cover.

Some FUN facts about ME

English is my second language, but feelings are my first.

Born and raised in Brazil, I brought my whole heart to New York. My accent might slip out when I'm excited (which is often), but that's just proof that some things are too big to translate – like the way we hold space for each other's stories, or how healing feels in any language.

I probably have 47 tabs open RIGHT NOW!

As someone with ADHD who's also a recovering perfectionist, I've learned to embrace my "organized chaos." Those tabs? They're actually research rabbit holes about nervous system regulation, cozy productivity hacks, and yes, probably a few forgotten online shopping carts. But hey, that's just my brain doing its thing.

I'm low-key a techie (and proud of it)

While most people see tech as cold and impersonal, I see it as a way to make healing more accessible. I don’t teach you to “fix” your sensitivity — I show you how to work with it. Your emotional depth is not the problem; the lack of support around it has been.
