Is this therapy?

No. This is therapist-informed coaching. I don’t diagnose, treat, or provide crisis services. Coaching focuses on gentle support, reflection, and practical tools you can use day-to-day. You’re welcome to pair coaching with therapy if that feels supportive.

What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
  • Therapy: clinical care for mental health; may include diagnosis and trauma processing.
  • Coaching: present-focused; builds self-trust, nervous-system skills, and compassionate routines.

Think of coaching as a soft, structured space to practice being kinder to yourself in real life.

Do I have to be on camera?

No pressure at all. Choose video or audio-only. You can switch off camera anytime. We go at your pace—comfort first.

How does PWYC work?

Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC) lets you choose a rate that’s doable, with a $10 minimum. Monthly spots are limited to keep sessions intimate. You’ll receive the same care and session format as other options. If PWYC is full, join the waitlist or check back next month.

What happens after booking?
  • Confirmation email with your time + Zoom link.
  • Welcome note and a simple pre-session check-in (optional).
  • Session day: arrive as you are—video or audio.
  • After: cozy recap email with a reflection prompt + personalized affirmation.

You can reschedule from your confirmation email if needed.
