No. I'm an LMSW providing coaching services—not therapy. Coaching focuses on implementing insights you already have from therapy into your daily life. While I bring clinical knowledge to this work, no therapeutic relationship is established. This supports but never replaces therapy or medical care.

We meet weekly for 45 minutes via video call. Sessions are client-led and follow your nervous system's needs that week. Think conversation with someone who understands both clinical concepts and the lived experience of implementing them in messy, real life.
Reintroduction Series: 1-2 brief voice notes per week when you need grounding or encouragement.
Homecoming Hours: Daily voice note access and text exchanges whenever you need support implementing what we're working on. Real-time companionship for the space between sessions.
There's no falling behind in this work. Each week is a reset. We move at your pace, with compassion for the hard days. Reflection prompts are invitations, not assignments.
Absolutely. Most clients do both. They work together beautifully—therapy for processing and understanding, coaching for implementation and daily practice. I respect and support your therapeutic relationships.
