Why this exists

I spent years collecting rules and losing my voice.
Life softened when I chose rhythm over punishment.
I built Mental Nesting so you don’t have to do it alone.
Here, we practice tiny, repeatable rituals—tea, breath, words that fit— until your life feels like home again.

No quotes yet. Here’s why you’re in good hands.

Gentle doesn’t mean vague—this work is grounded, ethical, and real.

  • I’m a licensed therapist (LMSW) trained to support children, teens, and adults through anxiety, grief, trauma, and self-esteem work.
  • I’ve worked in private practice and school/community programs, supporting people who feel “too sensitive,” overwhelmed, or “too messy” to be held.
  • My approach blends evidence-based care (CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing) with creative tools (journaling, prompts, affirmations).
  • The process is built on my Reparenting Rhythm framework—shaped by years of therapy work and patterns seen across hundreds of sessions—so you move from insight to practice with steady presence and real-time support.
  • Beyond credentials, I’ve been there—spirals, grief, overthinking—so I meet you gently, with warmth and edges.

FAQ

No. Coaching is present-focused and does not diagnose or treat. It pairs well with therapy if you choose, but it isn’t a replacement.

Yes. Many clients do. Coaching helps you turn insight into gentle, repeatable practice; therapy addresses clinical needs.

You can’t. Each week is a reset. Prompts are optional and gentle; we move at a compassionate pace.

If you need crisis support, emergency care, or diagnosis/treatment, this isn’t the right container. Please seek local emergency services or contact a licensed clinician for clinical care.
