I help therapy-experienced women feel steadier in their bodies, clearer in their emotions, and more confident in their responses.

Everything I teach comes from my clinical background and the practical tools I built during my own healing.

This is a supportive space for women who want guidance they can rely on in the moments therapy doesn’t cover.
