I'm Barb

I’m Barb Guimarães – a licensed therapist (LMSW) and nervous-system nerd who’s personally lived through the “I know it but I can’t do it” cycle.

Everything I teach and build come from two places: my clinical training and the real-life tools I had to develop when my own body kept shutting down faster than my mind could keep up.

I’ve been where you are, and I’m proof that with the right support, it does get better.
